Each Day Lived.

Today marks 50 years since the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was signed into law! Our nation is stronger socially because of those who chose to overcome many injustices. But there is still work needed to be done for voting rights, gender and racial equality, economic mobility, LGBT rights, and much more! Leaders across the nation must unite around a common cause - a cause that moves our society progressively towards being a more perfect union. The goal, as well look forward to the NEXT 50 years of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, should be to build on our successes and eradicate our flaws! But until every child has access to a quality education, every person has the right to marry who they love, every citizen has a shot to live a meaningful and bountiful life, and every dreamer can dream...there is work to be done! My question to you is: What are you doing about it? How are you making each day lived better than your last?
